Single Session
Each Hydroactive Lab session is 60 minutes and is designed to maximize performance, build confidence, and help you become a more complete athlete. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, a personalized training block focused on your specific goals, and a recovery phase to improve mobility and support long-term progress.
Whether your focus is strength, speed, explosiveness, mobility, injury prevention, or overall athletic performance, every workout is tailored to your current ability and built around a structured plan. Sessions may incorporate weight room training, pool-based performance work, agility and reactive drills, or a combination of methods depending on your individual needs.
